AFTERLIFE TALES

Illustrated by Sergio Carrera, Paul Vromen and Rodrigo Stella

Not everyone makes it out alive. But then, not everyone starts out that way...

An anthology of horror stories about life, death, and everything in between. In "The Morality Play" two spirits ponder the worth of a life. Is a man defined by his sins, or are they but a small part of him? In "Life Tragedy" a girl ends her own life, and the afterlife confronts her with the consequences of that choice. And in "The Feat of Clay" a man cannot accept the way his girlfriend died. Her death was wrong, and he will have her back, regardless of the cost or the truth.

FULCRUM

The Citadel of the Almighty is, for all intents and purposes, the center of the world. Not only does it lie in the borderlands between the realms of the Skanda and the Arganian people, an oasis in an unhospitable river basin, it is also the holiest of holies, the sacred home of the United Church. Once already, war started here. If the world is to change again, here is where that change will begin.

An ongoing fantasy saga about two peoples divided by a common religion, and about the decisions made by those lucky or unlucky enough to be in a position to change the world.

Prelude: The Three Virtues

At the Citadel of the Almighty, the course of history is set. Wars have started there, and will again. A washerwoman, unbeliever in the holiest place in the world. A soldier, rising through the ranks of the Church Guard. A troubadour, free spirit in a world of dogma. One of these is the voice that will write a new chapter in history. Introduction to the series.

Captain Tygg Vana of the Church Guard struggles against archaic rules for the power to keep order in his streets--while on those streets washerwoman Ahlin's struggle against freezing cold and violence soon becomes one of life and death.

Meanwhile, as Ahlin recovers from a terrible injury, Tygg rises rapidly through the ranks of the One Church, on an inexorable path towards a revelation that will change his and Ahlin's lives and faith beyond his wildest imaginings.

KEYSTONES

Created with Christopher Fokken

Riley Segher is a regular teenager with no troubles bigger then his guitar-playing skills or his sister. He certainly has no idea of the ancient war being waged across dimensions, or the role he is destined to play in it when a magical Keystone chooses him to find it.

Developed as a pitch for DC Comics's defunct Zuda imprint.

MARISSA JÄGER IS NOT A WITCH HUNTER

Illustrated by Paulo Cesar Santos

Marissa Jäger is not a Witch Hunter, no matter what her best friend keeps saying. But she is a born disruptor of magick, and in a world where wild magick regularly wreaks havoc, that's a valuable skill.

More than simply a skill, it's Mare's 24/7 job for an insurance company to simply show up and limit the damage whenever magick erupts. That job has left Mare's dating life in shambles, or it's her excuse, anyway--but that might just change when she runs into a witch at a magickal disaster site, and more than one kind of spark begins to fly.

THE NINE TOWERS

The lands sheltered by the eternal protection of the Nine Towers are the setting for many tales, including the novel Lethal Little Duckling (as yet unpublished), various short stories (published in Phoenix magazine) and hopefully many more stories to come.

In the meantime, here is the official, Towers-approved map of the lands for your enjoyment and exploration:
